Red, White & Blue Comfort Club

Preventative maintenance is the best way to avoid costly breakdowns and repairs and is required to maintain your manufacturer’s warranty. By enrolling in our maintenance program, you'll ensure maximum system life and make sure your home systems are running in top condition.

Benefits:
  • Priority Scheduling
  • Discounts off all Heating or Air Conditioning services/repairs. (Only applied to units enrolled in FSC Comfort Club).
  • Annual credit towards future installation or upgrade. (Must be currently enrolled in FSC Maintenance Plan at time of upgrade. Cap of $1,000 per customer.)
  • Double your labor warranty on FSC's newly installed equipment with an extension from one year to two years.
Labor warranty does not cover rodent/ animal damage, damage caused by extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, power surge damage, or damage caused by owner/ operator misuse of equipment.

Single Heating System or Single A/C system

Heating:
  • Check and adjust pilot and safety controls.
  • Lubricate motors and bearings.
  • Check the heat exchanger for visual cracks.
  • Check pressure switches.
  • Check the circulator pump.
  • Check temperature rise for proper operation of the heating system.
  • Check gas valves.
  • Check electrical connections.
  • Check the belt and adjust the tension.
  • Check thermostat controls.
  • Check the condensate pump.
  • Check the vent pipe.
  • Vacuum burners and compartments as applicable.
  • Ensure the overall safety of your heating system.
A/C:
  • Inspect coolant levels & pressure.
  • Check & adjust the thermostat.
  • Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays.
  • Inspect the evaporator coil.
  • Inspect and clean the condenser.
  • Inspect the condensate drain.
  • Inspect outdoor disconnect.
  • Inspect the condenser fan motor & blades.
  • Inspect compressor at startup.
  • When completed, you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.
Payment will be charged monthly and will auto-renew unless the customer provides written notice opting out of service.

Mini-Split Maintenance Plans:
  • Red Plan: Up to 3 Indoor Units, up to 1 Outdoor unit.
  • White Plan: Up to 5 Indoor Units, up to 2 Outdoor units.
  • Blue Plan: Up to 8 Indoor Units, up to 3 Outdoor units.

  • Bi-yearly maintenance (Spring/ Fall).
